Grumle is a peer to peer recovery and reflection platform. It is not an emergency service, crisis intervention service, or medical provider.
Grumle does not provide real time monitoring, emergency response, or immediate support in situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others.
Grumle does not provide medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, therapy, counselling, or crisis management services. Content on the platform, including peer discussions and AI supported tools, is provided for reflection, learning, and support only.
If you are in immediate danger, experiencing thoughts of self harm, or feel unable to keep yourself or others safe, you should seek urgent help outside Grumle. This may include contacting local emergency services, a crisis or mental health support service, or a trusted friend, family member, or professional.
While Grumle aims to provide a supportive and well moderated environment, we cannot guarantee immediate responses or real time intervention. Moderation actions may take time, and content may not be reviewed instantly.
