Terms & Conditions
Grumle is intended for users aged 18 or over. By using this site, you confirm you are 18 or older.
These terms explain how Grumle works, what we offer, and the boundaries of responsibility for both users and the platform.
Limits of Support
Grumle does not organise or facilitate meetings, calls, or contact outside the platform.
Grumle is a peer to peer platform for reflection, learning, and connection.
It is designed to support recovery alongside the rest of your life, not to replace professional care or emergency services.
Grumle does not provide medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, therapy, counselling, or crisis intervention. Content on the platform, including peer discussions and AI supported tools, is offered for reflection and support only.
Grumle is not an emergency service. It does not provide real time monitoring, immediate responses, or urgent intervention in situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others.
If you feel unsafe, are experiencing thoughts of self harm, or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, you should seek help outside Grumle. This may include contacting local emergency services, a crisis or mental health support service, or a trusted person in your life.
While Grumle aims to provide a thoughtful and well moderated environment, responses and moderation actions are not immediate and may take time.
Grumle uses a combination of human moderation and automated tools, including AI, to help maintain safety and consistency. These tools do not assess medical risk and do not replace professional judgement or care.
By using Grumle, you acknowledge that the platform is not intended for emergency use and that responsibility for seeking urgent or professional help remains with you.
