Pause

You are allowed to stop trying.

Nothing needs fixed in this moment.

Check what’s happening

Ask yourself gently:

Is this making me calmer or more tense?
Is this helping me feel clearer or more confused?

If it is not helping, that matters.

Give yourself permission

You are allowed to:

  • step away from a tool
  • stop reading
  • leave a conversation
  • pause a practice

Something not helping does not mean you are failing.

Choose a simpler option

You might choose to:

  • rest
  • drink water
  • move your body gently
  • do something ordinary and grounding
  • talk to someone you trust

Sometimes less is more.
